If you would like to speak about an item on a meeting agenda, please submit this form to the Chief Administrative Officer/Secretary-Treasurer by 4:30 p.m. on the Monday prior to the scheduled Board meeting.

If you wish to make a presentation about an item not on the meeting agenda, please submit this form to the Chief Administrative Officer/Secretary-Treasurer fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled Board meeting.
